Very wise words! We have to understand, though, that you aren’t going to find these “right” kinds of foods in a box, a can, at the drive-through or in most restaurants. These “right” foods are at the farmers’ market, the organic grocery store or in our gardens.
It really is simple and it is amazing what happens when we start giving the body what it truly needs

I look at it as 1 decision at a time, when I’m about to order something or grab a bite or cook, 1 good decision at a time is another great move! And u can see looking at the recipes here I’m not sacrificing taste or goodies
